Warm/Cold Mix Asphalt Additives

 

Product Description

Ever TechTM DT-13 is a liquid and acts as an emulsifier to produce asphalt emulsion suitable for cold mix applications. The emulsion produced can be incorporated into cold and wet aggregates. When asphalt is in an emulsified state, it is less viscous and easy to work with and compact. The emulsion will break down when enough water evaporates and the cold mix will take on the properties of the hot mix asphalt.

Standard Packaging and Shipping

Products are packaged as 180 kilograms in drums or 900 kilograms in totes. Ever TechTM DT-13 is not regulated by DOT as hazardous material.

 

Storage and Handling

Products must be stored in a dry, cool and well ventilated area. When handling the material, goggles and gloves must be worn. Avoid breathing in the vapour. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet for safe handling procedures.
